Do I need to pay anything today?

No. Pre-registration simply holds your place in our 2026 schedule. We'll send you a detailed quote and scheduling options when routes open. Early-payment discounts are available if you choose to prepay when we confirm your appointment.

What are the service location requirements?

Service must be performed on your property or with explicit landowner permission. Your PWC must be on a trailer or stand (not in-water at a dock). For indoor service on a stand, a floor drain is required as flushing discharges non-toxic antifreeze.

What brands do you service?

We service all major PWC brands including Sea-Doo, Yamaha WaveRunner, Kawasaki Jet Ski, and others. We're brand-agnostic and not affiliated with any manufacturer.

What's included in winterization?

Basic winterization includes fuel stabilization, engine fogging, and cooling system flush with RV/marine non-toxic propylene glycol antifreeze. Additional services like spark plug replacement, and battery maintenance are available for 4-stroke models.

How long does service take?

Basic winterization requires approximately 20 minutes for service, additional services may add a small amount of time. Depending on how many watercraft we will be servicing for your appointment, we will schedule roughly one hour for service, paperwork, cleanup and customer communication. As our technicians may make many stops each day, we kindly request that you prepare your watercraft prior to your appointment by: positioning the trailer where you want it, on a solid and level surface, uncover your watercraft, and make sure the keys are accessible to the technician.

Can you load or help load the PWC(s) onto the trailer to pull them from the water?

Unfortunately no, we cannot trailer your watercraft for you or move the trailer with your watercraft loaded. For the safety of our technicians, service must be performed where the watercraft sits - it must be on a trailer or stand and it must be sitting on solid, level ground. Our technicians may refuse to service your watercraft if they feel the conditions are unsafe, which means you will either need to move the watercraft to a safe location or we will reschedule your appointment.

Can I choose my appointment day and time?

Our scheduling email will go out to all customers at the same time - first choice for service date and time is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will take your preferred window into account when we plan our service routes and will try to honor your selected window as best we can based on your response seniority. The chances of getting service in your preferred window rely heavily on the customer count in your surrounding area and how fast you confirm your appointment, so we highly suggest that you keep an eye out for an email from us near mid-summer.

Is there a discount if I pre-pay or if I have multiple watercraft?

Yes! Once you have confirmed your appointment we will offer you a discounted quote if you choose to pre-pay for your service. If you have requested service on multiple watercraft we will automatically apply a discount, whether you choose to pre-pay or not. You will receive a detailed estimate of service charges after you confirm your appointment and before your service appointment begins.
